ProgramMembers, upon their arrival, select weights, stretch band, ball and chair that are placed under the chair.  Weights vary from 2 to 10 pounds, stretch band varies in thickness and strength identifiable by colors which are yellow, light red, dark red, or blue and ball vary mainly in size.  The program is for all and based upon your physical condition, you may sit or stand.

Fitness programs run for one hour as follows:

  1. Warm up, a session consisting of slow movement, and stretching that gradually increases in speed.
  2. Exercise the upper and lower body, arms, shoulders, abdomen and chest, and calf’s using weights, and stretch band, sitting and standing that include a combination of movements for mind and body coordination followed up with balance movements.  For those who cannot perform the exercises standing they can do the routines seated. 
  3. Cool down, the last session, performed while sitting, stretching legs, arms shoulders, and abdomen with intermittent deep breathing.
