October 27, 2008 Kelly's exercising class waiting for her permission to go to eats. It is Halloween, Kelly wants us to exercise but we want to play. We gave in and exercised then headed to the Cracker Barrel to eat and play.
February 5, 2008 CAROLE OBARA due to an unexpected heart attack passed away. Carol a member of our Silver Foxes, a badminton champion, very active unexceptionally passed away. At this time details are not known, but when received they will be posted. Carol, an honorary member of our exercising group will not be forgotten.

December 7, 2007 2007 Christmas Party at Sylvia's Sylvia Intartaglia, has a wounderful party for her silver sneakers friends. As you can see from the photos we had a lot of food, enought to add the weight we have lost during the year due to our exercising class. If you missed this you missed one of our best parties for the year.
September 16 Roy and Mary Lou Return. Roy and Mary Lou spend their summers in the North Carolina Mountains to enjoy mountain music, mountains friends, and the cool weather. They have a 32ft fifth wheel travel trailer in the Bear Paw Campground. The campground is located on Harshaw Mounain, close to Grandfather Mtn, in Crossnore NC. September 3 Bruce and Rosemary are moving to Washougal, Washington. A good bye party for Bruce and Rosemary who are moving to Washougal, Washington was held at the 52nd Ave NE Cracker Barrel. They will be living with their daughter in a very large home that provides space for them to live their own lives. Our exercising group are very sadden with their move but wish them a happy life. April 12 07 Kelly failed the Photo Recognition Exam!! Prior to the Thursday April 12 exercising program Kelly was ask to match a photo taken in the early years of a class member to that class member. April 09 07 Easter Party / Silver Foxes Exercising Class. Following their Monday morning exercising class the Silver Foxes header for Cracker Barrel to party. Mary Lou and Ceil brought cakes, Doris rough prises and a basket of eggs. Three eggs, in the basket, contained a winning number. March 12 07 St Patrick Day Celebration. and Mickey Carroll visit Week Mornday morning breakfast turned into a fantastic party. The big surprise was a visit from Mickey Carroll, Munchkin in the original performance of the "Wizard of OZ" . All started with our morning exercise class, then to Cracker Barrel for a St Patrick Day celebration breakfast. On the table was a fantastic looking Shamrock Green CAKE made by Mary Lou Young. As conversation continued we had an unexpected visit by Mickey Carroll who played the Munchkin in the original performance of the "Wizard of OZ". Mickey Carroll walked around talking to us and gave us a autographed photo of the original actors of "Wizard of OZ" Nice party - All Lifestyles Monday morning autographed class are welcome to join the Silver Foxes weekly breakfast. February 12 Valentine Day celebration following the Monday morning exercising class. Silver Foxes had their Valentine Day celebration at Cracker Barrel on 52 Ave N, St Petersburg. The weekly breakfast was turned into a Valentine Day party with with 34 members attending. Sylvia and Mary Lou provided cake, Doris scheduled the event and Sylvia had a drawing. A few weeks ago Sylvia found $10 on the floor in our exercise room and has not been able to find the owner and as a result she had a drawing where the winter would take all. Lucky Norton drew the winning ticket. Weekly following the Life Style 8:00 am exercise session the class meets at Cracker Barrel for breakfast all are invited.
Valentine Breakfast Mon., Feb 12th,- after exercising, at Cracker Barrel at I 275 & 54th Ave. Exit. A Valentine Breakfast is scheduled on Monday, February 12 th after our exercising class at Cracker Barrel that is located on the East Side of I275, on 54 Ave N. There will be a homemade valentine cake and a drawing for a $10.00 Cracker Barrel certificate. Cracker Barrel will reserve tables and request that they know the number that plan to attend. December 18 Silver Foxes Christmas Party, Bruce's and Kelly' Birthday and Kelly's College Graduation. Silver Foxes had a Christmas party where everyone brought goodies to share with one another. Christmas music was in the background, lots of laughter and fun. Can you believe it; we also celebrated Bruce and Kelly's birthdays.
December 14 06 Substitute Exercise class trainers, Carole and Silvia. Kelly was on a cruise that, due to possible virus, was delayed and was not available to perform as trainer and as a result Carole and Silvia step up and save class from being cancelled and performed as the class’s trainer. They did an exceptional job to such an extent Kelly is likely to be afraid that she will lose her job to these excellent subs. Thanks to Carole, the trainer, and Silvia, the coach.
December 9 Boca Ciega Yacht Club Lighted Christmas Boat Parade Silver Foxes, at the invitation of Boca Ciega Yacht Club, partied and view the BCYC Christmas Lighted Sail Boat Parade as it passes by the BCYC Club. As you will see, from the photo album, there was plenty of food drink and Santa. The party started at 5:30 when the group toured the boat docks to see boats loading crew, party foods and/or adding last minute declarations. After visiting the docks the group returned to the BCYC club to eat, drink and then at 6:30 watch the light boat parade as it passed the BCYC club prior to heading out to parade through Broadwater, Masimo Moorings, City of Gulfport, and Pasadena channels. There were 16 boats which 5 of the boats won top prized in a 50-boat parade held by Treasure Island Yacht Club. One boat, most member’s favorite, boat had a manger over the stern of the boat and a sail decorated with Santa kneeling toward the manger with large loud speakers played Christmas song and light strung all around and over the boat. December 4, Visit to Kelly's Lagro Exercising Class. Kelly’s gave me the opportunity to visit her Largo Community Exercising Class. The class allowed me to take a few photos to share with you. NOVEMBER 1, Tom George Returns. Tom spent this past summer in his house boat in upstate New York. Tom left in April and we are happy that he has returned and will pick up where he left off exercising with the Silver Foxes. Tom, Tom's Freinds and his boat are shown in our photo album. NOVEMBER 18, Ohio State Cheer Leaders are Excited! The 2002 football champions, Ohio State, are on their way to become the 2006 champions. Two Silver Foxes who are Ohio State Cheer Leaders and who were very excited, came to exercise today to show off to the rest of the class. They danced around; swing their arms, and slapping their friends on their backs. Ohio State defeated their number one arrival, Michigan and as a result will maintain their number one position in national college football.

NOVEMBER 3, JACK LaLANNE VISITS OUR CLASS! What a fantastic person, Jack LaLanne and his wife attended our class, was our trainer for the first 30 minutes of our class then following our supper Kelly’s session autographed his photo and offered to have his photo taken with any class member. Jack LaLanne is now 92 yr old and proved that he can outdo our class members. He asks members which body part they wanted to learn how to exercise and then provided a solution without the use of any equipment. The class learned a lot and most importantly, just how important daily exercising is and that it can easily be done while at home.

On September 24, 2006 Marti fell and broke her wrist. All is OK, and as you see she is happy to be back and is ready to exercise.
October 30 4th Street Lifestyles exercising class. Prior to the exercising session the group sheared snakes, socialized and displayed their Halloween Dress. This is proof that exercising can be enjoyable and help keep you healthy and mobile. The Silver Foxes organized this function.
